Brian is a fourth generation Seattle native living in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, and a graduate from Washington State University. Brian made our home purchase a breeze. He was recommended by a relative and he is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He is very knowledgeable of the Seattle market and well respected by other realtors. He was available to show us houses on a short notice. I would definitely recommended Brian for a less stressful, seamless home purchasing experience!

Brian was easy to work with and did an excellent job throughout the entire process.

He was very professional yet a lot of fun to work with. He was informative, responsive, and present.

Brian was my listing agent for selling my townhouse and I was very impressed with how often he would show up at the house to make sure everything still looked good for potential buyers. His stager did a fantastic job and then Brian added a few personal touches of his own that helped to show the house even better: Fresh flowers, fresh bowl of fruit and some glassy babies too.

He asked me to write a list of things I'd miss after I moved away and put that list out for buyers to read which I thought was really cool.

The townhouse sold pretty quickly and we got a little over asking price.

I would recommend Brian, as a listing agent, to anyone selling a house. He was great to work with!

Brian is the definition of a godsend. His depth of experience and commitment to sell at top dollar sets the bar at a level few real estate professionals can meet. He managed a number of difficult maintenance tasks and sold my home during the peak of the Covid pandemic after I had already relocated out of state. His research and approach is direct and to the point and he gets great results. I'm so glad I choose Brian to run my home sale across the finish line, he's a true all star!
