Brian Marchant

Experience/Background:
Brian is VP/CFO and a Broker Associate with Marchant Real Estate, Inc. Brian was born and raised in Greenville, SC and is a 1995 graduate of Wofford College with a B.A. in Economics. He also graduated from the Wyatt School of Real Estate in Greenville, SC. He has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. Brian is on a team with his mother, Anne Marchant, as they work to make their clients' dreams a reality.


Strategy/Motivation:
Brian enjoys finding his clients the perfect home whether they are buying, renting, or building a home. His motivation comes from helping his family business continue to grow and excel, as well as making new friends.


Personal/Community Interests:
Brian is a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service, and Buncombe Street Methodist Church. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and has a son named Parker. His hobbies include golf, tennis, and pickleball. Brian has lived his entire life in Greenville, SC, and he enjoys selling real estate here.
