About Brian
Brian is the founder and president of Maser Condo Sales. Over the last 15 years, Brian has been one of the top real estate agents in West LA and is ranked in the top 1% of agents nationwide. Brian’s areas of expertise include the Santa Monica, Brentwood, Venice, Marina del Rey, and West LA neighborhoods.
Over his years in the business, Brian recognized the lack of attention the real estate market put on the condominium marketplace. Most agents and brokerages avoid these transactions, as they are more time consuming, complex, and difficult to manage and close. He also felt the real estate market was lacking accountability and was challenged by the fact that most real estate agents only care about their commissions, not the outcome for their clients. Prior to becoming a Santa Monica real estate agent, Brian founded and developed Maser Enterprises Inc., a multi-faceted real estate foreclosure, bankruptcy, lending, and technology agency in Los Angeles with more than $100 million of real estate investment capital from high net-worth individuals. His broad-based experience buying, selling, and managing distressed properties enables him to maneuver through many unique issues that may arise during any sale or purchase.

Brian lives on the Westside of LA with his family.
