Brian Mokricky

Brian, often known as “Brian Mo,” brings over 22 years of experience in the radio industry. Eleven years ago, he moved to Maryland to host the afternoon show on a local radio station and decided to make the area his home. After purchasing his first house, Brian discovered a passion for real estate and chose to transition from broadcasting to helping others achieve their homeownership goals.
He is deeply committed to building relationships and providing solutions, with a strong understanding of the diligence required in today’s market. Brian takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process. Licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, he offers expertise across multiple regions.
A devoted Steelers and Penguins fan, Brian even wears a black-and-gold wedding ring. He shares his life with his amazing wife, Melissa, and their three children: Sidney (15), Sadie (9), and Taylor (2). Outside of real estate, Brian enjoys bingo and volunteers weekly at his local fire company’s bingo events. He also donates his DJ services to charitable causes, including the Fraternal Order of Police Golf Tournament, 4-H dances, and St. Jude fundraising events.
