Brian Morgan

Brian joins the Beal Group with over two decades of sales, finance and operations experience, while renovating and building homes with his family since 2001. A born and raised native of Chicago, and an alumni of The University of Iowa, Brian brings his midwestern roots to the team as a tremendous asset for buyers relocating to Southern California and the unique San Diego beach communities we serve. Brian is a current resident of Del Mar with his wife and three children, having recently completed a new build. His unique first-hand experience of building within a coastal community is a powerful value add for his clients and the entire Beal Group.
