Brian Mulqueen

Brian Mulqueen has joined Trumark Homes as President for the company’s Colorado Division where he will direct operations for the Colorado portfolio and identify strategic growth opportunities across the state while securing the company's position as a high-quality, high-value homebuilder in the market. Brian is a seasoned executive with 25 years of combined experience in homebuilding operations, land acquisition, entitlement and development, and real estate law. He most recently served as Regional President for Century Communities where he was responsible for overseeing operations in the Colorado, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Utah markets. He has also held leadership roles at Lennar and Richmond American Homes. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, MBA from the University of Chicago, and JD from the University of Illinois, as well as Bar Membership in both Colorado and Illinois, and a Colorado Broker’s License.
