Brian Nelson

Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Brian moved to the east coast of Florida in 1972 with his parents as they began their career of real estate and homebuilding. Brian got his real estate license in 1991 and moved to Naples in 1994.

After high school, Brian began working in the construction industry, developing a journeyman's knowledge and experience. Brian attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

His first real estate position was with Pelican Bay Realty, a Westinghouse of Naples master-planned community. He subsequently worked onsite at Pelican Marsh, where he achieved exceptional success as the leading sales associate in 1996 and 1997. He later joined Bonita Bay Properties, selling as much as $28 million in a single year. Brian joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty in 2007. He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
