As a third - generation Washingtonian, Brian Press is from a family with an extensive history of real estate brokerage, settlement law firm, and property management professionals. At a young age he learned the ropes working in his father’s real estate settlement law firm and interning with top DC leaders in the industry, developing a keen eye for the market, exceptional customer service, and high-level expertise in contract negotiations. Prior to continuing his family’s passion for real estate Brian ran a successful television and marketing company for 8 years producing, editing, and creating content for Reuters, private corporations, non profit organizations, and politicians where he refined his skills as an excellent listener, communicator and optimizer. This gave him a broad range of knowledge and experience that allows him to fully serve his discerning real estate clientele. Guided by the principles of integrity, hard work, and discreet personal service, he strives to meet his client’s expectations whether working with estates, luxury homes, the commercial sector or with international investors. Brian’s wealth of experience and positive attitude makes him a delightful agent to work with. Brian currently resides and works steps away from the Atlantic Ocean in the coastal city of Delray Beach enjoying an outdoor lifestyle while actively maintaining his client base in Washington, DC where he has served since 2005.
