Brian Resetar

Brian Resetar is a highly knowledgeable and driven realtor serving the Charlotte and Lake Norman area. Brian began his real estate career in 2017 after retiring from a lifelong career in law enforcement. Originally from New Jersey, he moved to North Carolina with his wife and son in 2014, and now are happily living waterfront on Lake Norman.

Brian loves to keep busy doing the things he enjoys most in life, which vary from flying planes to running triathalons! In his downtime, he loves biking and going to the gym, and he has a strong admiration for corvettes. In addition to his work as a police officer (eventually leading to a position as deputy chief!), he also volunteered as an EMT for over 35 years! Brian loves serving his community in any way he can, which is what led him to the world of real estate.

Brian is a New Home specialist for the Nest Homes communities. He loves getting to know his clients on a personal level and helping them get into the new home that is just perfect for them and their family! His integrity, incredible work ethic, and his passion for making people happy are what makes him unique, and what make him such a valuable asset to the team.
