Brian Rightler

Brian is a full-time real estate investor in Central Ohio. He and his wife have been married nearly 20 years and have 4 great kids. Financial independence, travel, and building a business for their family’s future motivates Brian to succeed. Brian’s first project was a campus rental in Lexington KY, where he ended up splitting the lot and building another house as a rental. After that, he purchased a house from a short sale and fully rehabbed the property adding a bathroom and replacing the roof, kitchen, windows, and more. He bought two more homes in the campus area and added additions for more rental space. In 2013, he and his family moved to Columbus and started buying rentals and flipping homes. His business partner, John, and Brian met and after completing a few deals together successfully they decided to form Core Developments to work together formally. After some time John quit his day job and they were off to the races. Brian is a true professional.
