The wealth of investigation he provided on every property we were interested in gave us the needed insight on the property and owner history to tailor our offer and offer letter and get one of our first offers accepted in a very competitive market. Brian and his team are professionals and experts at their craft.
Brian came recommended to us by a close friend and from day one he stood out to us. Always on time, full of knowledge about homes, prices and the area. When he did not know an answer, he thoroughly researched it and gave us the information needed to make an informed decision.
After looking at a few homes, Brian found us our dream home and immediately began using his expert negotiating skills. He got the house down a significant amount as well some extra stuff included into the contract as well. He walked us through every step of the way and we always felt very comfortable with where we were at and where we were going.
After securing our dream home, Brian went to work selling our old home. His recommendations on what needed to be upgraded to get maximum value was spot on. His pricing strategy and marketing skills got us top dollar for our home. Again, Brain made this process extremely easy and I never had to worry about anything.
Brian’s attention to detail and work ethic made buying and selling our home extremely easy. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and I am recommending him to all my friends that are looking at buying or selling homes. I bought my house with Brian and sold my house with Brian. If that was all you needed to know I would leave it at that...but I will elaborate.

I was a first time home buyer when I first started working Brian and definitely needed an agent that could walk me through the whole process, manage my expectations and look out for my best interest. He was able to help me close on a house far below asking.

Brian's expertise, knowledge and and thoroughness was so impactful on me there was no question on who would represent me when I sold my house. Brian and his team presented me with what they could offer when selling my house and coordinated everything. There was never a concern. I have met no one as competent and skilled at their craft the way Brian and his team is when it comes to real estate.

Buying and selling your home is a 100% trust involved transaction. There is no one I would recommend more when it comes to your home than Brian and his team.

Brian did a phenomenal job for us. Using his contacts and selling strategies, he worked closely with us to ensure that we obtained targeted price for our home sale. He worked equally hard on our new home purchase negotiating away premium lot price, additional upgrades at no cost and extended time frame for "contingent purchase" status!
In addition, whenever I had an issue or time impact, he addressed it immediately. I never had to follow up on the status of an item with Brian. I highly recommend him with confidence!

For our first home purchase, we wanted to make sure we went with a solid real estate agent. We couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Brian and his team! They were always available via text, call, or email and made us feel like a priority when we wanted to tour homes. We ended up finding the house that we purchased but I am confident that a huge reason our offer was chosen was because of Brian and the team. The previous homeowners even commented how great our agent was after the sale transaction was complete.
