Brian was my agent in closing my first property in 2020. I put him through alot of turmoil in 2019 as a first time home buyer with all my questions and skepticisms. My first viewing ever was with him, in the Heights. We walked around the neighbourhood after the viewing and he showed me all the indicators of an up and coming neighbourhood - the old bank that converted to a condo, organic ice cream store, the park that overlooks the NYC skyline, Supremo supermarket for fresh produce. I saw the potential, but I didn't believe in it just yet. The timing wasn't right for me. I abandoned The Heights because I was afraid and continued my house search without Brian as I started to venture out west towards PA. In 2020 right at the beginning of the pandemic, there was an opportunity in The Heights, and I immediately contacted Brian. I tasked him to negotiate a lower price which was way below list. It was probably really embarassing for him to even present the number, but he did it. He negotiated and we got it. His commission would have been tiny considering the purchase price, but he still gave me his 200%. With my one million questions, he has always been informative and assisting me every step of the way in the process. As a first time home buyer and no network and family to fall back on, just me doing this alone, he was my guiding light. Even after closing his friendship is unrelenting. Now fast forward to 2023, I have seen the transformation of The Heights. Construction everywhere. Condos going up all along Palisades. It is truly incredible that the little seeds Brian showed me in 2019 to pay attention to has manifested into a BEAUTIFUL AND HIGHLY VALUED area. I have now leased my place and I am consistently skeptical and neurotic. Yet he is consistently patient, informative and always right in the process. He is the subject matter expert. He was steady and committed to leasing my condo at the rent that it deserved and the timeline I laid out, and there were times where I wavered out of nervousness and was willing to compromise, but he held his cool. He delivered. If I can give 10 stars in this Google Review, I would. This 5 star does not do justice. Thank you Brian.

I worked with Brian to buy my condo in June of 2021, but I originally met him about 18 months prior when I started looking for places. My situation changed so I put the search on hold, but he was always super nice, patient, showed me any place that I wanted to check out, and sent a ton of relevant listings my way.
