Brian is an outstanding real estate agent. He helped me buy a house in 2008 in a very short time frame. That was such a good experience I asked him to be my selling agent this past year. He provided wonderful guidance about what issues to address (or not) when preparing my house for sale; recommended vendors and contractors; walked me through all aspects of the preparation, listing, and sales process; and stayed in frequent touch.
