Brian is the most attentive, dedicated, hard-working, knowledgeable, and competent realtor I have ever worked with !!! I had a very challenging property to sell and Brian quickly got it sold despite obstacles such as hurricanes etc..He was able to negotiate well with the buyer's agent effectively and was diligent in maintaining interest in the property until it was finally sold despite issues that came up during the sale. Brian is the exact opposite of lazy and he does not cut corners. To sum it up, Brian handled a very difficult seal with added unforeseeable issues like a pro and didn't skip a beat or have me wondering about his commitment for a second!!! I will undoubtedly call Brian to sell my next property!!!

Brian was absolutely amazing! After dealing with two other firms that had no integrity, it was comforting to work with Brian during this stressful process. He explained the process to us in a way we could understand and everything happened exactly how he explained. He was responsive and even took the time to check on the security of our house as we were 1000 miles away. He found us a qualified buyer within a week, something we were not able to do in months. Our only regret is that we only had one house to sell. We would highly recommend Brian and would welcome the opportunity to discuss our experience further with any potential buyers/ sellers.

Brian is a master realtor. We have used him on more than one property sale and, most recently, he set a record in our neighborhood for the highest price per square foot! That’s right. Not only is Brian super friendly and personable, he is a consummate professional and highly prepared for most any situation. Selling an older home is no easy feat. I want to start this review by simply thanking Brian Teach for everything has helped me with! I'm from New York and was hoping to purchasing a property in South Florida. My experience with Brian all started by a phone call. Right away I knew Brian was different from anyone I have ever worked with, he was very patient and informative. I told him what I was looking for and we spoke for hours before I flew down to meet him in person. When we finally met in person, Brian welcomed me with warm hospitality and he even dedicated half the day with me. He drove me around town and showed me all the important points of interest and you could tell he was very experienced. One thing I really appreciated was how transparent and honest Brian was. He definitely gave me full confidence into purchasing my first property in Florida! The whole transaction was seamless! This is our third home we’re buying/ selling with Brian Teach.

I have a lot of friends in real estate in Orlando and I couldn’t imagine using anyone aside from Brian. Brian is with you every step of the way always available to answer the smallest and most ridiculous of questions (and I had a lot).

Relocating from Las Vegas we knew our house hunting process was going to be limited to a just a few weekends in Orlando. It was crucial to find an agent that was experienced, motivated, and professional.
Brian was referred to us by a coworker who had used him when buying his home. Once we started working with him, he was excellent at communicating with us despite the three hour time difference. He started sending us listings immediately so we could review them prior to our arrival. During our few weekends with him, all of our showings were scheduled and spaced out perfectly. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Because we were not familiar with Orlando, he did a great job of showing us different parts of the city and surrounding towns.
Once we settled on a location, Brian immediately found us additional showings. He worked tirelessly to make sure we found the perfect home.
During our search process Brian also went above and beyond, including helping us meet with general contractors when we had concerns about the structural integrity of a particular home. His knowledge about the local market, nuances of different neighborhoods and homes, as well as his hard work and motivation were unparalleled. We have lived in eight states and are no strangers to buying and selling homes. I can say without reservation that Brian is one of the best we have worked with. From start to finish, the entire process took us just over two months and we couldn't be happier with our new home and neighborhood!

Brian was so great to work with. On our first day together, he took all over Central Florida to look at various options for a vacation/weekend home. His knowledge of the Central Florida condo market is impressive. Because we live in New York and couldn’t come to Orlando as often as we would have liked, Brian took it upon himself to view properties that seemed interesting to us and report back. Being new to the Orlando, Florida, and not having any knowledge on the housing market or area, I could not have chosen a better realtor than Brian Teach!! Not only is he extremely informed but very efficient, punctual, and professional. Brian not only took me on a tour of Orlando and it’s suburbs, but showed me all the activities each community has to offer! Not once did he not return a call, respond to a text or email, cancel a showing, or act like he was too busy to assist me. I felt as if I was his only client. All together, Brian showed me 48 properties with in a two week period. He was determined not to stop searching until I found the house I loved. There were many times when I was unable to attend to inspections among other appointments that come when buying a home that Brian gladly volunteered to be present. I've met via a referral, Brian Teach several years ago as another realtor was trying to rent my condo at The Vue without much traffic through it. Once the contract expired, I contacted Brian and he brought me a viable candidate hence leasing my unit within a couple of weeks!!. This is the beginning of an interesting business relationship in which we have always communicated via e mail or text messages and yet never met him personally. A couple of months ago, my tenants had to vacate due to job relocation and new efforts to lease my unit prove somewhat futile due to a new "twist" and the fact that the condo association had changed the rules for rental, now requesting for a ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS not refundable application fee. This was a game changer for me and I asked Brian to list the property for sale, within weeks he presented two contracts, both arriving the same weekend and we picked the most viable and the one that would insure the fastest sale. All this was done through Brian Teach guidance and from afar. The property closed swiftly and without hitch. Most impressive to me was Brian's level of dedication to assure that the closing would go well, making rounds periodically on the property and looking at every minutia and detail, taking care of them without hesitation. I am grateful and impressed beyond words. Lastly, as the saying goes--"educate to elevate"---Brian Teach has now achieved the title of Real Estate Broker, another feather on his cap. I called to inquire about the unit and I was out of town and knew the unit would go quick, but he said he would hold it for deposit if I could meet him as soon as I got into town. I was excited to meet him in person, see the unit and give him a deposit check. He has reached out to me several times to see how things were going and if I need anything.
