Brian is one of the most awesome people I have ever met in my life. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He made our home buying experience as easy as possible and has not just treated us as a client but as family. If anybody ever needs a realtor I will be referring him only! Brian has worked and is still working tirelessly to get our investment properties sold....in multiple areas of Virginia. He goes well out of his way to ensure maximum exposure, seamless viewings, and perfect closings. Additionally, he has willingly allowed us to drag him all over the state to look at land and a few homes. He always approaches a potential purchase from the buyers perspective. In our case, it is an investment perspective. You couldnt ask for a better realtor!

I have been working with Brian Walinski (Fathom Realty) for over 2-years to find the correct piece of property for our family. Brian is willing and wants to investigate every aspect of a property to ensure that there are no surprises. We’ve walked many, several hundred-acre properties looking for unmarked/undisclosed: dump sites, cemeteries, mining and encroachment by other property owners. He brings up and provides an opinion concerning ill-defined access easements, easements within the property, mineral rights separation from the deed, and the importance of an accurate survey marked and recorded. He explains what he sees as both positives and negatives to a property. When his expertise is exceeded, he recommends talking with an expert. If you are looking for land, Brian should be your top choice. I trust his experience and expertise, he won’t steer you wrong.
