We did a long distance home search from Napa, CA to Colorado. Brianna was super on target and so helpful and kind. She ticked every box helping us in so many ways with not only finding the perfect home but helped us feel secure with the cross country move. She freely shared her knowledge of the different areas of Colorado we considered moving to. Regarding the entire process of selling one home and buying another, Brianna never missed a step. She was very professional and reassuring at every turn. Every worry or question was answered rapidly and with confidence.
They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful things we do in life. I can honestly say, we didn’t feel that. It’s because we had a partner in the process who knows the ins and outs.
If buy another home, she is the only person I would call. Brianna is awesome.

Brianna is an attentive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic real estate agent but she's so much more. Running late and need a coffee? She's got you! She has proven to help first-time home buyers go through the process with ease and confidence. Brianna helped us ensure our home sale and purchase experience was positive and that were able to negotiate the terms that worked best for us!! She ensured that our closing dates and move dates aligned with when our new home build was ready, and we didn’t have to move more than once! We were able to secure an amazing offer on our home within less than 24 hours! Brianna helped us to navigate the entire buying/selling process with less stress and was friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive throughout!
