Brianne Watters

Brianne Watters has been a greater Sacramento Valley real estate expert and leader since 2001. In addition to building a referral-based real estate business, Brianne has been a real estate coach, Director of Operations, Team Leader, and a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. Her business acumen, incredible negotiation skills and problem-solving ability help her clients achieve success again and again.

Brianne grew up in Southern California and moved to El Dorado Hills as a teenager. After hospitality and bartending jobs, Brianne realized her passion for people and tenacity for business excellence were perfect for a career in real estate.

She gained experience running the backend of a ReMax office and as a Sales Manager at Stewart Title where she also managed escrows. In the market shift she completed 200+ short sales. She moved to a large real estate team where she became a Listing Manager and Director of Operations, completing 15-25 transactions a month. With a booming business, Brianne became a Team Leader at Keller Williams El Dorado Hills where she built the office with over 60 agents.

Brianne credits her happy clients to her unwavering commitment. “I always work in your best interest,” Brianne explains. “I have the ability to see what could go wrong and work backward to avoid it. This helps me protect you from stress and to get the outcomes you desire. I love helping my clients succeed!”

Brianne’s happy place is traveling with her husband, Travis, to Mexico. She also loves horseback riding and is in a competitive drill team.
