Briar Pecsok is a California girl at heart, and loves everything about it, especially living along the coast in Pacific Palisades, where she's been for almost 25 years. Briar grew up in San Marino and graduated from UC Berkeley, where she studied business and psychology. Upon graduation, she returned to her beloved Southern California and worked in commercial real estate for nearly 10 years before starting a family with her husband, Phil, who was raised in Pacific Palisades.
Briar's commercial real estate experience endowed her with extensive knowledge in contract negotiations and how to successfully navigate a tricky deal. It allowed her to develop a keen ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully. Briar places a key emphasis on her relationships with brokers and others in the business. Now that she has fully transitioned to residential brokerage, these skills and perspectives are critical to herclients’ success in their transactions. Briar believes in dealing with people fairly and honestly. She has a passion for exceeding her clients’ expectations and wants to make sure they are far more than just satisfied! Service is paramount to her.
When Briar takes on a project, she jumps in with both feet and do whatever it takes to accomplish it. While she strives for success, she wants the deal to be a pleasant experience for all involved. She realizes that buying or selling a home can be a complicated and often scary endeavor, and she wants to alleviate her clients’ trepidations. Briar has the unique ability to scour high and low for the perfect property. When it is found, and the client says, “This is it; we’ve found home!” She's thrilled!
Briar loves spending time with her family at the beach, cooking, and playing sports. Her favorites are beach volleyball and paddle tennis. She and her husband very committed to youth sports. Whether it is volleyball, soccer, or flag football, their involvement and commitment in these communities run deep. She has always been very involved with our children’s schools and volunteers to help as much as possible. She adores the Palisades and am happy to call this town her home!
