Brice did an awesome job! We were already moving into our new home 350 miles away when we decided to rent out our old residence. He helped us every step of the way. While we were still intown he stopped by many times to give us help. When we left, he took care of everything from finding a suitable tenant to changing utilities, even maintaining the home while it was unoccupied. We could never have done it without him!

Brice was so easy to work with. He told us how to stage our home, while we needed to stay in it during the sale process. It sold in 4 days. The pictures on Zillow were perfect. He knew the area and helped us to find our new home. I highly recommend him as a realtor!
