Brice O'Connor

Brice O’Connor joined The Boulos Company in 2018. Brice works in all areas of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial and investment properties, with a focus on the Greater Portland and Southern Maine markets. Brice graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in finance, where he also was a four-year letter winner playing Division 1 ice hockey. Brice captained the Black Bears in his senior season and was honored by the Derek Hines Unsung Hero Award, presented annually to one Division 1 player in the nation in recognition of exemplary leadership, work ethic, and competitive spirit. It’s those qualities that Brice brings to work with him, helping his clients meet and exceed their commercial real estate goals.

Prior to joining Boulos, Brice spent four years climbing the PepsiCo sales ranks, most recently managing his own sales team and leading through several organizational changes. Originally from Londonderry, New Hampshire, Brice has become an enthusiastic Mainer and enjoys all the state has to offer. He lives in Falmouth, with his wife and their two German shepherds.
