It's been 3 yrs since I purchased my home and Bridget still reaches out to me from time to time to check on things. Despite the challenges I had with my builder(wont mention their name to give them free publicity but they are one of the larger ones)Bridget was and has always been the #1 reason I decided to do business with that particular builder. She was the best part of the my 1st time home buying experience.

Bridget Benito assisted with the purchase of our new home for my family and I. She was very professional in our dealings with her and answered every question and addressed any concerns we had when it came to the contract. So many terms we didn't understand but she made sure we did before we signed. If we're ever in the market to make that move again we will certainly look her up.

Bridget is really a lifesaver. We were selling our home, and buying a new one. She had numerous showings lined up for our home, and we had offers come in quick, which was what we were looking for. We were also able to find a home very quickly, as she was aggressive in finding a selection of homes to our liking. The process was a definite journey, as we were scheduled to close on July 30th, and finally closed September 14th (there was a major problem with our buyer's lender, not us). This was the most stressful situation for my wife and I, as there were numerous changes to closing literally hours before closing, among other things, to which was not our fault. Bridget took the burden of stress away from us, and reassured all would be well, and she went to bat for us numerous times throughout this process. She was very persistent, always having a positive attitude when facing adversity, and if we had to go through this experience again, I wouldn't want it to be with no one else. She is a true professional in every way possible, extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive.

Bridget sold my wife and I our first new home which was also a new build. We actually had some issues with our loan servicing company but Bridget had a back up plan that got us approved and in our home within 60 days (the issue with our loan company took almost 90 days with not much communication.) Bridget has an absolute splendid mix of character and professionalism that will out most of your worries to rest. We would use her as much as possible. I wish she could sell homes in different states I've got one that will need looking into. Give her a call if she can't help, she knows who can.

Bridget was the quintessential professional; extremely friendly, knowledgable and very reassuring, given that this was our first foray into the US real estate market. Our transaction was seamless. She was patient, took time to understand our needs, and showed us several properties that demonstrated her understanding of what we were looking for.
