Bridget provided a level of service and knowledge that went way above and beyond. We live in Ohio and she went and looked at many condos over the past couple of years in our place. She would say yes or no and explain why or why not. She listened to what we wanted and after a few offers, we finally got one to stick. We found a perfect condo in the place we wanted. She previously worked in real estate closings. Her ability to write offers and to think of multiple contingencies makes you feel like you are working with a real estate attorney. What's not to like! She bent over backwards to keep in touch, to help me fix my fridge while I was out of town, and mostly helped me to keep worry and anxiety to a minimum. She answered every time I I called or texted her for any reason. I was selling my condo as well as trying to get into a senior living place and she played middle person on that score as well, by keeping in touch with what was going on over there. It was a pretty hectic time for me and I appreciate her letting me lean on her.
