I have really enjoyed working with Bridgette Upchurch on the quick sale of my house! She was always on top of immediate communications with the other agents so everyone kept current 24/7. Bridgette knows the market and has sound, experienced advice when needed! She goes above and beyond to move things along towards a successful sale for both seller and buyer! Bridgette makes sure all t’s are crossed and all i’s dotted and is right there holding open house rain or shine with endless optimism and encouragement. I’m sure her efforts to find her buyers the perfect home would be equally impressive!! Bridgette is the consummate professional!

I cant say enough about Bridgette. She is very driven and focused on helping her clients. She has so much experience and with that comes year and years of knowledge that saves her clients money and gets them what they are looking for. She helped buyers I sent her get across the finish line in a very difficult market during COVID and they were very lucky to have her! I recommend Bridgette to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Ms Hook is very knowledgeable in the real estate process and the market. She marketed my home according to price, condition, & the local market catering to what new buyers were looking for.
Additionally, the photos that she took to market my home where better than what you see from other “seasoned” professionals, I was impressed with how the photos invited buyers to look no further.
