About Briggs

A native of this area, I was born and raised in Conway, SC and graduated from Conway High School in 1993. I also attended Coastal Carolina on a baseball scholarship in the fall of 1993. I graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1998 with a Finance and Marketing degree. My work experience includes managing a Myrtle Beach landmark for the past 17 years – Peaches Corner. I have had my General Brokerage license since 1999. I was also one of the initial board members of OMA (Oceanfront Merchants Association). Other than this, my life has been about raising kids. I have four under the age of 11. My knowledge in real estate, business, marketing and management, as well as my knowledge of the area gives me the upper hand in handling all of your real estate needs.
