The house we were renting was damaged in Hurricane Ian and the landlord asked that we move out as soon as possible to complete the repairs. With rent continuing to skyrocket in Orlando, my husband and I decided to revisit purchasing our first home, rather than renting. Brigida had helped two of my best friends buy their homes within the past year, so it was a no-brained as to who would help us, but did not realize how much help we would need along the way. The house we fell in love with was a bit pricier than we had hoped and had a less than flexible seller. Brigida went to bat for us, making sure she got the best possible deal, and since we did not have much time to plan for the purchase, this was critical in whether or not we would be able to complete the purchase. Brigida is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, responsive and will do everything possible to work for your family.
