Brinda has been my agent 3 times. Words can not express the respect and value I have for her efforts, ethics and character, both as a Real Estate Agent and Human being. I have always been able to trust and rely upon her expertise and even hunches. Also, her network of other parties that are needed such as contractors and inspectors who are of good quality. This was my first experience selling a house and Brinda made it an absolute breeze, she was wonderful to work with and provided several options for our home repair needs! 10/10 delegation and problem solving skills and set an efficient yet achievable timeline for the home selling process. Brinda has our most enthusiastic recommendation for a prospective home seller. A family member recommended her, having had a positive experience themselves. After an initial meeting with her, the process went quickly. She guided us through the selling process recommending actions to take. When inspections were required, she took the lead contacting the requisite parties and followed through with their recommendations making sure any repairs were done promptly. Throughout the process, signing documents was a snap with DocuSign eliminating trips to an office. The closing was a breeze and managed professionally. In just a month, our home was sold. We cannot stress how pleased we are with the top-notch quality service Brinda provides and heartily recommend Brinda when selling your home.

We are so glad we chose Brinda to help us buy our condo in Virginia. She came highly recommended after helping our daughter and son-in-law with their first home purchase. We definitely made the right choice. We were in the difficult position of house hunting remotely from Colorado, in a seller’s market that moved so fast, there was barely time to make flight arrangements before houses would go under contract. Brinda was a godsend, conducting virtual tours for us, providing frank advice about properties, prices and making sure we found the right place. We were most impressed by how quickly she responded to our needs, answering our questions, and booking showings so quickly—often the day properties hit the market. When our perfect place came along, she jumped on it so fast and made such a creative offer, the seller couldn’t say no. We got it! We know she was probably helping lots of other clients besides us, but she always made us feel like we were her top priority.

Five years later she even helped me pick floors for my new house during a flood rehab out of the goodness of her heart.
