Brint Shone

Brint joined Chinburg Properties in the fall of 2004 where he spent two years working within our construction management team. Brint's 12 years of entrepreneurial experience as a full time soccer coach and administrator with local soccer club, Seacoast United, feeds well to the needs of multiple tenants, the community, and the organization of running Chinburg Property Management, that currently manages over a million square feet of residential and commercial property. Brint holds his NH Real Estate License and lives in Portsmouth with his wife, Tatjiana, and two children.
