All Properties LLC is an independently-owned and operated Residential Property Management service company and Real Estate Brokerage. I am the Owner and Managing Broker, Brion Fortune. I began my career in Property Management and Real Estate in 2015 and have been managing residential rental properties in the greater Denver area, consisting of single-family homes, duplexes, small multi-unit buildings (up to 7 units), condominium units, and townhomes, ever since. I also have many years of hands-on, trade experience in the construction and home improvement industries, and have been a homeowner myself since 2001. I opened my own brokerage at the tail end of 2019. All Properties LLC focuses on helping residential Landlords by managing their properties.
