Britni Ream

Born and raised in Upstate, South Carolina, Britni discovered her love of real estate while watching her parents rehab her childhood home, not once but twice as she was growing up. After graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a concentration in Marketing, Britni took the skills she learned and channeled those toward her career in property management. Aside from having knowledge with both long-term rentals as well as vacation property, Britni has also been employed with both traditional banks and hard money lenders. This background makes her a jack-of-all-trades with understanding property and mortgage lending. Whether it is looking for one’s own personal residence or a property for investment purposes, Britni’s main concern is the best interest of her clients. It is the sense of pride she receives when seeing her clients happy that gives Britni the greatest compliment she could ever accept. Brit is happily married to her wonderful husband, Bo, and the two love to travel frequently together. She volunteers as an Assistant Zookeeper at the Greenville Zoo weekly and loves socializing with loved ones. Britni comes from a military family where both of her grandfathers served in the US Air Force, her father was in the Army Reserve, and her brother is active in the Marine Corps. Semper Fi! She is proud to be called “Aunt BB” by her niece and nephews, and “Mom” to her Great Dane, Lucas.
