Britta listed our home, and we were under contract in 8 weeks during a time when the housing market was slow. She made an awesome video of our home and posted it on social media. She and her teammate Damian were engaging at open houses. She communicated with us almost daily. Her strategy for leveraging multiple bids was spot on. She was very responsive and communicative during the whole process and she was always one step ahead of us, especially after the inspection. She coordinated all the work that needed to be done in style. She made us feel confident and relaxed all the way to closing. If you need a relator, we strongly recommend Britta.

Five stars does not seem enough for someone like Britta Thrift. I've bought and sold a lot of real estate and worked with a lot of agents; she shines brighter than all of them. Smart, creative, highly professional, absolutely relentless in the search for the right property, a skilled negotiator, and a wealth of information about Oklahoma City and its resources.

And committed to a successful outcome! Britta hung in there with me for months as we looked into a number of properties, never getting discouraged and never allowing me to get discouraged. I am so very happy with my new home - I'm quite sure I'd not have found it with anyone other than Britta.

Britta is a great realtor. I knew her first as my landlord and knew her to be an honest and knowledgeable person. She was my first choice for realtor when I decided the time was right to buy. I was a first time home buyer and really had to trust her judgment about how much house I could afford. She found the perfect house for me and everything worked out perfectly. Just shy of three years later, I turned to her once again to sell the house. I was in the midst of wedding planning and we set an aggressive timeline to get it on the market. Once again, it went off without a hitch. She is always available to answer my questions and I never felt like any question was too trivial.

I was looking for a home to renovate for my kids and me, but it has been a serious sellers’ market, and I wasn’t the only one looking for a deal. Once we got started it did not take long to find the perfect property.

I was confident and able to move forward quickly because I trusted her knowledge of the market, not only can she recognize whether homes are priced right, but she is also a savvy investor herself. Having done this many times herself, Britta can quickly evaluate potential and estimate rehab costs so that you end up with a good investment and home equity.

Whether you’re looking for a luxury property, a potential investment or anything in between, I cannot recommend Britta highly enough!
