Brittanie started her career in Real Estate in 2007 in White Stone, Virginia serving the Northern Neck market. She fell in love with Richmond while studying Social Work and Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University and decided to return in 2010. She has worked with multi-family property management companies overseeing the operations of multi-million-dollar assets as a regional portfolio manager. She has assisted owners in several acquisitions and dispositions throughout her career. For five years, she specialized in the downtown Richmond student market. All her experience in customer service and portfolio oversight ensures that she knows the importance of being hardworking, trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable.
After many years of assisting clients in finding their steppingstone apartments, she is excited to get back to helping people find their forever homes or perfect investment property.
