As a deep-rooted resident in the East Bay Area, Brittany Ballard was born and raised in the Danville community giving her an abundance of experience and knowledge in the surrounding neighborhoods and local housing market. After years of assisting her mom, Patty Ballard, in her real estate profession, Brittany has proudly taken over the business that her mom worked so diligently to build over Patty’s dedicated 25+ years in this industry.

Brittany executes her real estate professionalism through a strong work ethic coupled with a high level of integrity and organizational skills. Brittany graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in communication studies, making writing and communication skills her strong suit when it comes to offers and negotiations. When she isn’t passionately hard at work meeting the needs of her clients, Brittany can be found sitting in the bleachers watching her son play in one of his Football, Basketball, or Baseball games. Being a very active bunch, Brittany’s family loves sports and outdoor activities, mostly joined by their little Dachshund Jax.
