First off, I just want to extend a HUGE thank you to Brittany for her kindness, knowledge and support through the home buying process. If you’re looking for someone who will get things done in a timely manner, be your number one supporter and advocate, and educate you through the process, she is your gal!!!! As first time homebuyers, we didn’t fully understand the process and expectations before meeting with Brittany. Brittany started off by educating us with her first time homebuyer guide, feeling out what our needs/wants were for a home, and answered all of our questions! If she didn’t have the answer, she searched for it until she found one! She found so many incredible homes for us to look at, and her energy was so memorable to selling agents, they just wanted to work with her! She has so much knowledge on different neighborhoods that we weren’t aware of, and we got to know all San Diego has to offer. We were so happy having someone as bright, warm, welcoming and honest leading us through this process. We learned so much. We couldn’t have imagined working with a better realtor for the sale of not one, but two properties which were part of our Mom’s estate! Brittany was the BEST! She has a quiet confidence and a genuine openness in her approach that endears herself to others in a magical way. This quality came in handy when dealing with tenants, sub-contractors, and potential buyers alike. And the phrase “hard-working is truly an understatement! Whenever there was a need that arose, Brittany was immediately there to provide a workable solution in the form of contacts, resources or her own “sweat equity”! After initially contracting with her for the sale of our Mom’s condo, we were so completely satisfied with the results that we subsequently entrusted her with the sale of a multi-million dollar apartment complex. As she successfully navigated us through this more complex process of negotiating with commercial investors, we had no doubt that we had chosen the right realtor once again!

Alongside the fact that it was an absolute pleasure working with Brittany, one of the most salient aspects of our working relationship was that we had the upmost confidence and trust in her and her process. As a consummate professional, she was highly organized, provided excellent on-going communication and timely follow-through. Whenever a complication arose, she managed expectations up front, and did her best to make the situation right. Where do I even begin with how amazing Brittany has been! Not only is she super professional, she is a ray of sunshine! My husband and I were both first time home buyers, and super nervous to start this process in this market. Brittany stayed super positive the entire time and wrote us offers that were accepted immediately. She really has a great understanding of the market, and guided us through our decisions. She was completely focused and determined on helping us get this house no matter what, and I appreciate her work ethic and dedication! We absolutely loved working with Brittany! She is very sweet, patient, professional, always available, and a very hard worker. It took a long time to find a house because it was during COVID. But, she was very patient with us (we looked at a lot of houses and we were a little picky). She never tried to 'sell' us on a house just so she could get a quick sale and move on to another client, which we really appreciated as it had happened before. She really seemed to care that we find the exact house we were looking for. She also knocked on doors for us in the residential areas that we liked. When we finally did find our perfect house, Brittany worked very hard to get our offer in and accepted. Others had actually offered more, and they still took ours. And we were able to avoid a bidding war. Whew! Thank you Brittany!
During the entire escrow process, she had to push hard on the other realtor and escrow company for various reasons that would delay escrow. And we were able to close on time. We feel like she went above and beyond for us, and we would never have gotten our house without her diligent, hard work. We will definitely use her when we ever sell. We highly, highly recommend her!
