Brittany started Refined Home Services with her other half Mark Terry in 2019 and hasn’t looked back since! With over ten years of experience in real estate brokerage and construction, Brittany’s well-rounded skill set allows her to seamlessly handle any real estate transaction that comes her way. From small mobile home sales to multi-million dollar renovations, Brittany has done it all with dedication and passion.

The driving force behind Brittany’s decision to start Refined Home Services was her early experience in real estate. She saw how stressful buying and selling a home could become, and she decided that she was ready to change the old narrative. Through building relationships centered around trust and honesty, Brittany puts client satisfaction first, elevating any real estate experience to a delightful one.

When she isn’t running around town putting up for sale signs and coaching future real estate agents, Brittany likes to relax watching anything on the Hallmark channel and crafting.
