We met Brittany by chance at an open house, and how lucky we were to have met her!!! We decided to go with her as our agent and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get”. Going on the Internet to find a realtor can be very risky. That being said, we believe we got the very best chocolate in the box, the one that everyone wants and dreams of when we found Ms. Brittney Davis. We happened to go on Realtor.com to get an idea of what properties were available in Orange County and one of her listings came up. I emailed her and Ms. Davis promptly started sending us listings that met our criteria. Almost a year went by and on occasion I would contact her and she would respond immediately with additional information on that specific property. Since we lived over two hours from the area, we depended on her to keep us informed about what was out there. Note we had never met her, but she continued to treat us like we were returning clients. I found this to be amazing and refreshing. Approximately, 3 months ago, we went down to Orange County to meet Brittney for the purpose of looking at several properties. She was organized, professional and never placed any pressure on us. She always made us feel like we would find what we wanted and comfortable in our search. I know for a fact that Ms. Davis kept our desires in mind at all times because she actually began to solicit listings in the areas we wanted to buy. Well low and behold she received a response from a potential seller and actually put the two parties together for a transaction that went so brilliantly I am still taken back. Brittney’s experience and personality brought both parties to the table and within days we had a deal. It is one of the most difficult balances to represent both parties and to actually have both parties feel like they got the best of the deal, unheard of. That is an amazing skill and she carried it off effortlessly. In addition, she was able to put us in touch with a lending institution that operated like a well-oiled machine. I have to mention that the escrow company said at the closing that they were truly impressed how smoothly everything flowed. The transaction between all the parties went without one hitch. In many evaluations there is a box to check to,” indicate what could have been better next time?” I would sincerely have to place “Not applicable” in that box. Brittany saved our home sale AND purchase, literally! I found Brittany online and saw she was highly rated as a foreclosure expert and we were interested in buying a foreclosure at the time. After interviewing a couple agents we went with her because she was the most knowledgeable and we liked her relaxed no pressure approach. We told her we wanted to sell our house with the contingency that we had to find another house; other agents we spoke to discouraged this, but Brittany said our house was really nice which might increase our odds of finding a buyer who would accept this. Well, we did find a buyer in 11 days and shortly afterward found our DREAM HOME, not a foreclosure, but a new build in an established neighborhood. A dream come true! However, we almost lost the new dream home when the buyers of our old residence ran into loan approval problems, despite being “pre-approved”. This was a huge problem because needed our house to sell for us to make the down payment on the new build house. Miraculously though, Brittany was able to get the buyers of our house (not her clients, by the way!) approved for alternate funding through a broker she works with in three days!
