Brittany did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our new home. Her expertise in the market and the Richmond area was crucial for us as we were navigating an out of state relocation. She was very involved and responsive every single step of the way, from recon of neighborhoods to coordinating contractors for home updates after we closed. Brittany is great to work with. She's fast to respond to texts and phone calls, and was quick and flexible when we asked to tour properties. On several occasions, she showed us a property for a second time so we could make up our minds. She even helped me take measurements to make sure our furniture would fit!

We never felt lost in the buying process. Brittany made each step clear, and we always knew what would be coming next. She has a great deal of knowledge about the Richmond market, and she was consistently ready with tips—what to pay close attention to at a showing, how to make our offers more competitive, and recommendations for local handymen. Brittany did a lot of work behind the scenes, coordinating communication among agents, mortgage brokers, and attorneys, which made the actual closing process easier than we could have imagined. Brittany goes the whole way too—even after closing, she ran around town trying to track down a mailbox key the seller forgot to leave behind!

There are so many wonderful things I could say about our experience working with Brittany. To start, she is the kindest, funniest, and most down to earth person ever. Brittany is extremely responsive, proactive, organized, and knowledgeable. Throughout our entire home buying process (during covid) Brittany helped us remain positive, showed us countless homes, drafted multiple offers. When our offer was accepted on a house, Brittany was an incredible negotiator and got us exactly what we needed. Her attention to detail and desire to go above and beyond for her clients was never more apparent than in trying to get us across the finish line. Brittany scheduled roofers and other specific workers and was present and attentive from start to finish. Brittany is exactly the kind of realtor you want in your corner. We are forever grateful that we crossed paths with Brittany, she will be our realtor for life.

My husband and I do not have enough space to write words of praise for Brittany Goodwin. It was our second time in the buying market and first time as sellers. Brittany made the selling process so much less daunting. She walked us through every step and hired a great stager to give us pointers and photographer who did a marvelous job capturing our sweet home. The process was painless! With Brittany on our side we found our unicorn in this crazy market and that's because Brittany was always ready to go check out houses as soon as they hit the market. She also had great pointers to make our offer stand out from the rest. Needless to say you want her on your side. We used Brittany as our realtor for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house, and I could not have asked or hoped for a better realtor! While searching for our new home, Brittany went above and beyond in figuring out what we were looking for, and what we weren't, and spent tons of time looking through listings to make sure nothing was slipping through the MLS results that we may be interested in. She was always available to show us a house when we saw something we liked. In crafting the offer, she developed a very unique strategy that was appealing to the sellers in multiple ways which made our offer stand out. We ended up in our dream home. In selling our old home, Brittany made smart recommendations on things we could do to make it even more appealing to potential buyers and to maximize the sale amount- and it absolutely worked! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell! A+, 10 out 10 realtor here!

My first house purchase, buying in Richmond from out of town, my partner and I found Brittany Goodwin, working with fellow River Fox agent Steve Davis, in every way exceeded our expectations. She’s an excellent communicator and listener, doesn’t miss a detail, is thoughtful, always available, and goes out of her way to be helpful in every aspect of home-buying from finding and buying a place to relocating. She was a real partner in the process who we couldn’t have done nearly as well without. Particularly helpful was her thorough work obtaining comparables on a number of properties as we searched through various different neighborhoods.
