After months of searching with no luck and feeling like we did not have an agent we could count on, we finally met Brittany. Brittany is a real estate agent who not only looked out for our best interest, but one we could trust. It’s taken a while to get this review done because I can’t find the words to express just how great Brittany has been during this stressful process. Our home buying process was extra complicated as my husband and I were operating out of state and out of country when trying to purchase a home. It boiled down to only having 5 days to prepare and a weekend trip to the area to find and put a contract down on a home. She went above and beyond sending us listings that fit our criteria. She sent us personal videos of properties that we were extremely interested in and constantly updated us on the status’ of place that were top on our list. We had a complicated bidding war where I wasn’t sure what needed to happen and her advice was priceless. Her expertise helped us secure the home that was perfect for us. One of the things that I appreciated so much was how timely she was with responding. I don’t think it ever took more than a matter of minutes to respond to any text question that came up. She recommended amazing lenders and contractors who were the exact same way. If there was ever a question, Brittany responded immediately, and what she didn’t know right off the bat, she was quick to find out for us, which made a huge difference. Purchasing a home from out of state/country is already stressful enough, and having someone like Brittany on your team is something that everyone needs to make the process less stressful. I love the fact that she was candid and honest when helping us vet places… noting things like dog smells and pointing out details that I would have missed. She knows the market well and advised us on places that were best for us and not where she was going to get the biggest commission. Never once did I feel like this was about her, but only about what was best for my family. In todays world, that is priceless. When we needed various contractors and services she made herself available at the property when we were out of the area. Let’s also throw in all the challenges that present when buying a home during covid19. I could go on and on with the many little details that Brittany has done, even after us closing on the house and having to navigate the challenges that come with a new home. She continues to be a blessing to my family. She is amazing. If you are looking for a realtor, you need her on your team.

Brittany is a machine! We were slated to move from Vermont and only had a day to view homes before having to fly back. During our limited visit to the area, Brittany blocked off an entire day for us and got us through it. She provided exceptional support and advocated for our needs while we went through the home buying process mostly remotely. She kept us promptly up to date with the ongoing work in our new home using videos and pictures and was always available when we needed her or had a questions. If you’re in the market to buy or sell, Brittany needs to be your realtor! My husband and I moved to the area with our then 4-month-old away from all family and friends and she made the buying and building process much less stressful.
