Brittany was amazing to work with selling my home. I appreciate that she listened to what I needed, but also helped me understand the things I was overlooking that would help the home sell. She is very responsive to my calls and my questions, and very attentive to detail. She helped line up sub-contractors and helped communicate with them so they have the guidance they needed. All in all, Brittany made the process smooth and the house was under contract within a week. Couldn't be happier!

We got the opportunity to have Brittany Mitko by our side when purchasing our first home. She was so reliable and would respond to texts right away. Me and my husband are picky so we looked at a few houses and Brittany was so nice and even showed us houses the same day I would text her about one.
