I choose Brittany to help me seek my house. She was instrumental in getting the house ready for market including hunting down a company to remove a giant hot tub from the back yard. I had 10 offers the first day on the market and a co tract within the week. When the buyers wanted outrageous things outside the sale contract she expertly negotiated! I’m so thankful for her experience and expertise.

Brittany was amazing as my agent. She took the time to find out what I was looking for, and even remembered concerns I had from houses we looked at when presenting me with more options. She is very attentive to details, easy to work with, great at communicating the process, and offers real insight to how to negotiate when making an offer. After looking at numerous houses, she helped me find the perfect house, and helped me negotiate a price below asking. I couldn't be happier with the home she helped me and my daughter move into. I hope to not move again anytime soon, but I will call her first thing If that ever comes up. I'd give her 6 stars if I could.
