As a lifelong Charlottean, Brittin has witnessed the remarkable growth of the city over the past 35+ years. His journey into real estate began after purchasing his first home with his wife and newborn son, experiencing the excitement and passion of the closing process firsthand, which inspired him to pursue a career change.
Brittin's commitment to understanding the needs of others led him to obtain his Senior Real Estate Specialist Certification after assisting his mother in transitioning his grandmother to a memory care facility. His continued education and experience, particularly at Henderson Properties, have deepened his expertise, focusing on helping investors plan for their long-term investment strategies. He is also a member of the Price Certification Association and holds certification as a Short Sale Foreclosure Realtor.
Beyond real estate, Brittin is passionate about lacrosse, the Carolina Panthers, and his family, including his wife, two children, and three dogs. Engaged in the lacrosse community as a player, coach, and referee since college, he looks forward to sharing his love for the city with his children as they grow up.
Brittin believes that planning for the future involves strategic investment in properties, recognizing land as a limited resource. Whether it's preparing a rental property for sale or engaging in fix-and-hold or fix-and-flip investments, Brittin has assembled a dedicated team ready to facilitate these transactions. He has experience working with both first-time and corporate investors and welcomes the opportunity to discuss investment goals and develop tailored strategies to achieve them.
