I had a great experience working with Brittney Winters. Although this was my first home purchase, this was my second time going through the home buying process.

A few years ago, I worked with another agent on what would’ve been my first home purchase and the entire journey was a nightmare. While, I realize many things we experience as prospective homeowners are not the fault or responsibility of our agents, there are also many variables that are. I’ve learned through my experience, the importance of having an experienced agent who has made real estate their career, and not a side hustle. Working with someone who sells homes on the side vs. an invested and passionate agent, makes a world of difference in the service and outcomes you will receive, on the road to home ownership. I found passion, experience and care, in Brittney.

Brittney was responsive, informative and gentle. She didn’t push her personal views on me, and respected my process. I appreciated the helpful insights she shared that only an experienced agent can provide. I felt safe working with Brittney because she was very informative and answered questions I often did not think to ask.

I think we all have heard home buying horror stories and my first attempt of purchasing a home with another agent, was one of them. It was awful. Given my history with the previous agent who wasn’t knowledgeable or truly invested in her clients, I entered this process a bit apprehensive. Brittney did a good job of reading the room and realizing my caution and I appreciate the time she took in explaining things to me and making sure I understood what was occurring and where I was in the home purchasing process. When I tell you this process was smooth! It was smooth. A complete dream.

Now understand, everyone’s process will differ. There will be factors outside of you and your agents control that may lead to your experience being a bit of an emotional rollercoaster or less than ideal, but make note, having a realtor who is experienced and passionate about what they do will make a world of difference for you. Passion and knowledge reign supreme and Brittney possesses both. If I could do it all again, I wouldn’t change a thing.

I have worked with Brittney multiple times. She is very professional and a great realtor. She has a ton of experience and it shows in the great offers she is able to negotiate for her clients. She is calm under pressure and is very creative in coming up with solutions to any potential problems that arise along the way. I would recommend Brittney to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
