Brooke Barnard

Brooke grew up in Richmond in the West End and attended St. Catherine's School. She then received her Bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing from Denison University in Ohio. Following graduation, she went into publishing and public relations for HarperCollins Children's Books in New York City. After marching in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade as a Wild Thing from Maurice Sendak's classic, Where the Wild Things Are, reading The Bernstein Bears with Mandy Moore on ESPN, and helping a handful of celebrities with their book readings, she felt the pull of the South bringing her home.

Brooke is passionate about her clients and helping them reach their real estate goals, whether that is selling their current home, finding them their dream home, or starting an investment portfolio. She believes that everything happens for a reason, and her past has built her into the successful Realtor® she is today.

When she isn't out with clients, you can find her with her kids, Ford, Ritchie, and Linley Kate, or ordering amazing take-out from a new restaurant in RVA (we have so many!).
