Brooke Hulver

Growing up, she worked with her father who is a Licensed Contractor and have a good knowledge of what repairs your home may need in order to sell quickly OR the repairs needed before you buy a home. The interest to sell real estate started when her mom, Trish Snyder, opened her own Coldwell Banker franchise in 2000. Not long after she decided to study to get her own real estate license and went to work for Trish. She have been a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker since 2001 with her focus being on Shenandoah Valley sales. During that time she met her husband Flynn and they opened North Mountain Board Shop to bring their knowledge of the snowboarding industry to Bryce Resort. Being Skier/Snowborders and Entrepreneurs they also own and operate Smiley's Kustard in Basye, Va.
