C. Brown Pearson, III Broker-Owner of Executives, Inc. Realty Group, graduated Virginia Tech in 1972 with a BS in Industrial Engineering. A long term resident of Chesterfield County, Virginia, he has been married to his wife Laura for 44 years.
Mr. Pearson is an active member of his community and his church. A former Elder and Youth Advisor, Mr. Pearson originated “Katrina Relief Mission Trips” in October 2005 for Southminster Presbyterian Church and has spent over 120 days and thousands of dollars in the Gulf Coast region restoring homes devastated by Hurricane Katrina. He has served on the Board of Camp Hanover. He has volunteered his time with the Richmond Marathon, the Better Business Bureau, the Chesterfield Country Board of Supervisors Building Code Appeals Board and with Main Street 1971 – a non-profit corporation founded to provide educational scholarships and housing to young men involved with Virginia Tech’s Sigma Chi Fraternity. Mr. Pearson is also a licensed locksmith and an appointed Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
This father of two has been involved in Real Estate either as a salesperson or broker since 1976. He was designated a GRI in 1979, designated as a Certified Residential Specialist in 1981, served on the MLS Committee for Richmond, Virginia from 1983 to 1992, was designated as a Certified Real Estate Broker in 1996. Mr. Pearson has been awarded Emerald Sales and Leasing Awards for many years, and received the “Distinguished Achiever for 40 Consecutive Years of Top Sales and Leasing Production” Award in 2018.
In 1980 he co-founded Executives, Inc. because he could not find a property management company in Richmond that he felt was structured around the unique needs of single family property owners. Since its formation, Executives, Inc. has provided property management and sales services to hundreds of owners, buyers, sellers and tenants.
