Bruce actually helped me find two homes! I relocated here from out of state and he helped me find a single family home for rent until I could decide where I wanted to purchase. Great communication, responsive, and always supportive. He was able to do virtual walkthroughs before I moved. I completely trusted his judgment and I moved into the rental without having ever physically seeing it. Over the next six months we looked at several homes. When we found the “one” Bruce acted fast and made my goals become reality. Highly highly recommend him. 6 stars!

Bruce is a fantastic realtor who remained committed to finding a perfect solution for my housing needs. While I was still living in Massachusetts, he did virtual showings for me of all the properties I was interested in. He excellent knowledge of the neighborhoods allowed me to feel confident to but in an offer on a house I had not seen in person. His bidding strategy allowed me to save over $10k!!! He kept me informed throughout the closing process. Completely professional while also very down to earth and super friendly. Highly recommend!
