Oustanding pictures, great 3D walkthrough and advertising on every possible real state webpage that gave a great turn out with more than one offer.
Our house sold on the first day!!
Bruce even help me to pack our TV''s.

I really cannot say enough about Bruce...I have bought and sold 10 residents so I feel that I have sufficient experience to comment and Bruce is clearly the realtor I would recommend to everyone. Bruce was highly profession and technical in his coordination of the repairs I conducted on my client's property. He was fantastic at making sure everything was done by the book and no steps were skipped. I was pleased at how he coordinate all phases of the work with the owner to ensure a smooth and complete process including payment (as a contractor, that's my favorite part!). I highly recommend working with Bruce for any property issues you may have, particularly those problems that require . a high level of technical expertise.

Bruce Bouldin went far and above any realtor I have worked with to get this property sold. He personally went in and cleaned the property to get it ready for sale.
