His attitude from day one was to deepen his business relationships with every client whom he respects and likewise respects what and how he does this business. He has a work ethic and follow up like no other and would enjoy the process of being interviewed to earn your business! He admits to being old fashioned in the sense that personal hands-on client service comes first. Technology can make things more efficient of course but it cannot replace a face-to-face hands-on conversation. The purchase or sale of real estate, especially single-family homes is an intensely personal experience no matter what walk of life you come from. Part of his job is to make that experience as smooth and comfortable as he can. Specifically, during the sale of your home or in the whirlwind process of house hunting, contract negotiations, inspections, loan and escrow processes, to always be there for his clients, representing their interests as if they were his own, when he is needed and stand aside when he is not. The other part of his job is to help his clients understand and interpret the documents involved in their real estate transaction, their responsibilities therein and those of all the other parties involved.
