I would give this team 10 stars if I could! I bought a home through them from out of state and in the middle of this crazy market last Spring.
They are amazing. Bruce looked at what seemed like a hundred houses with me over several months and face-timed me in. He gave me honest advice and steered me away from some real disasters. It was never about the commission with him. It was about finding a home I would be thrilled with at the right price so I would have no regrets. He was with me through the inspection process and the vendors he recommended have all been spectacular and affordable. His partner Chris kept all the paperwork going and kept me in the loop about everything. They both even came out to the house after the sale to look at the hardwood floors and advise me about color! And I can still write them with questions about anything and they respond right away. I don't see why anyone looking for a home in Columbus, Ohio would use anyone else!!!!!
