Bruce was amazing start to finish. We were home shopping in the height of Covid with everything changing rapidly. Bruce did video tours with us when we couldn’t get away from work, so we could get an accurate representation of layout and size. Bruce was very patient with us as we narrowed down what we wanted in a home, especially with us searching everywhere in the greater Hampton Roads area. I’ve made several real estate transactions in my life and this was by far the best experience. He will be our first call when we are ready again.

I served with Bruce in the Navy but didn’t necessarily consider that when I tried to sell my house.

He was patient when it came down to it. I tried to sell my home a year earlier with a different realtor with no success. I didn’t want to take advantage of our prior connection to sell my home back then. But when life fell apart for me….and when I absolutely had to sell the home, I went with Bruce. He made sure to understand the stress I was under, he considered every circumstance, and he truly treated my residence as if it was his own. I had a very complex situation and tasked him with helping me sell and get the most money for a condo that was being used as a rental for nearly ten years. I couldn’t be around to help fix the property and Bruce did a ton of leg work for me while I lived out of state. The process of selling this residence was a huge stress for me, but he made many recommendations, has a good core of people to help market, and went well above and beyond when something didn’t go as planned.

Bruce should be considered a #1 option when it comes to selling your home. You’ll be settling for less if you choose someone else.

Bruce was absolutely stellar in every respect in helping our daughter find her first home. We could not be there because of the pandemic, but we sometimes had the feeling that he might be doing a better job of advising her that we would have done! 😊 Bruce has a rich network of contacts in the community for his customers to use for homeowners’ Insurance, security systems, etc. He is also knowledgeable about how to approach price negotiations, and was effective in getting the “deal“ our daughter needed. Finally, (and this is no small thing), everything went very smoothly and in a friendly, professional fashion. Highest recommendation!

Bruce was great to work with! As an active duty military family with a baby, it was essential we sold quickly with as little hiccups as possible and Bruce made sure the process went smoothly.
