There is nothing fun about moving! My sister and I were dreading going through the whole experience. We’d received local advertising about Captains Bruce Erbeck and decided to give him a try. OMG. He’s personable, charismatic and most importantly completely honest when it comes to your house. We totally agreed with his assessment as he priced our house to sell. It sold in exactly one week, after two open houses and two showings. We couldn’t believe it! He and his team were in constant communication with us throughout the whole process, telling us everything we needed to do the whole way through. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thanks to Captain Bruce

From the beginning before listing and throughout the showing and negotiation phases - the communication and guidance was spectacular. This was especially important since we moved 3 hrs. away into our new home as our St. Pete home went on the market. I can honestly say my home purchase would not have become a reality without Bruce's help and expertise. In this challenging market, Bruce worked with the seller to help get an extension of the closing date that allowed this to become a reality. Bruce did a great job of communicating to the mortgage broker and title company so everyone was always up to date. Bruce also took the time out of his schedule to meet several contractors and inspectors at the property on my behalf. Would highly recommend calling Capt.
